2. What is stored

The text you write, the AI's replies, the time and a random conversation number. No IP address, no cookies, no tracking, no analytics, no third-party fonts or scripts. To prevent flooding, a non-reversible, randomly salted value is derived from your IP address, kept in memory only and discarded after one day or on restart.

3. Why

Conversations become part of Ari's memory as experiences from outside. They may later be used for learning, including training a language model of its own. They are not sold or published.

4. Who processes the data

Replies are generated by a language model on own hardware in Germany. Finished conversations are summarised; for this the conversation text is sent to Anthropic PBC (USA), a provider of AI models.

5. Retention

[DRAFT] Until you request deletion. Summaries and patterns learned in training cannot be removed individually afterwards.

6. Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability: write to privacy@flixconomy.com with your conversation number. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.
